Digital Sales Assistant

Frequently asked questions about our Digital Sales Assistant and the AI.

SentientPro doesn’t replace your CRM, it strengthens it. While CRMs show what reps log, SentientPro takes a proactive approach to pipeline by surfacing real execution data by unifying CRM, calendar, and email data to show what’s happening in real time.

SentientPro combines elements of Open AI along with our custom-built suit of tools. Each insight is source linked and confidence scored so teams can quickly trust and verify what they’re seeing.

We see the strongest impact with growing SMB and mid-market teams where manual prep is still high, and leaders want clearer visibility into deal momentum. That said, any team managing active pipeline can benefit.

Most teams reduce prep and admin time by 60–70% by consolidating research, meeting context, and activity signals into one place.

SentientPro surfaces early warning signals (gaps in meeting activity, inactive accounts, and engagement trend, and more) so managers can intervene before deals slip or forecasts become unreliable.

Onboarding is lightweight. No installation needed. Users login via secure link, complete a short setup, and can start seeing value within the first few days.

ChatGPT is great for general answers. SentientPro is built for Salespeople. We provide every single result and report with the sources, dates, and inbuilt confidence scores.

Yes. Whether you sell software, cybersecurity, or industrial manufacturing, the psychology of a buyer is universal even if the process may vary. Our core "Belt System" teaches the universal mechanics of selling, and our "Bonus Modules" allow you to dive into specific niches (like selling to technical buyers).

That’s exactly why we built it this way with short-burst learning to done in a few minutes of down time. The Gym is designed for the "Mid-Day Slump" or the "Golden Hour" prep. Most lessons are broken down into short videos or quick, self-paced slides. You don't need to block out an afternoon; you just need 10 minutes a day between calls.

That depends on your hustle. The Gym is self-paced. If you do one module a day, you can level up quickly. But you can't cheat the system. You only earn XP (and belts) by passing the gates and proving you know the material. This is not just a gaming system, it is a tool to aid your career.
