SentientPro’s progression framework, inspired by martial arts. As you build and demonstrate skills, you advance through belts. It’s a clear, motivating way to track progress and see exactly how far you’ve come.
XP (Experience Points)
The currency that moves you up the leaderboard. Earn XP by completing courses, roleplays, and more.

Peer Groups
Private, request-to-join channels grouped by role: SDR/BDR, Account Executives, CS & Account Management, Revenue Leaders, C-Level, and Founders & CEOs. Each group gives you a space to talk shop with people doing exactly what you do. To unlock yours, comment in the Get Tagged channel.
The Community
Open-to-all channels covering Discussions, Ask SenPro, Events, Career Search, and Free Courses. This is where the whole community connects, regardless of role or experience level.
Customer Hub
A private area for SentientPro customers only. This includes invite-only live Coaching Sessions, Resources, Expert Conversations, and Customer Discussions.
Get Tagged
The channel where you request your job role tag. Once tagged, the peer group channels that match your role will open up. If your role changes, simply request a new or additional tag.
